Leaving a gift in your will helps Lutheran Community Care in its mission to offer the people we support comfort, joy and a meaningful life, regardless of their circumstances.
Your bequest reflects a heartfelt contribution to your fellow community members, including women and children fleeing domestic violence, seniors, people with disabilities and mental health issues, and at-risk young people and families. You can make a general bequest that enables us to direct the funds to the area of most need, or you can specify for how your bequest is to be used by a particular service or project. The choice is yours.
Bequests that have been gratefully received in the past include funding to establish a cinema onsite at Salem aged care service at Toowoomba. This special venue offers residents a place where they can enjoy trips down memory lane and social interaction. Thanks to the bequestor’s generosity, the cinema will entertain and delight Salem’s residents for years to come.
