Trinity is a community-based outreach service on the Gold Coast. We provide a range of services to adults living with an intellectual disability, and support our clients to live as independently as possible in the community.

What we do

Our experienced and qualified support staff focus on our clients’ strengths and individual needs. We work closely with the client and their family to identify goals and to develop the plans to achieve them. These plans are put into practice with the support of clients’ families and other care providers. We provide practical and flexible support to assist our clients to reach their goals. Our staff can also support clients during weekends and overnight stays, where funding is provided.

Trinity provides support to our clients to:

  • live in the community as independently as possible
  • lead a fulfilling life
  • make informed decisions
  • gain and maintain valued social roles in the community
  • enjoy the freedom of expression
