Getting the right support for your mental health needs can sometimes be challenging.

Our new service, based at Kingaroy, can help those living with a mental illness and their families find and link into local supports.

Read more here.

Peer Support Coordination (PSC) is basically a case coordinating service, staffed by a ‘peer support worker’ which is someone who has knowledge of what it’s like to live with mental health issues.

There are just a few eligibility criteria:

  • over 18 years
  • identify as living with a mental illness
  • need assistance to link into ongoing supports within the community
  • willing to participate in a recovery oriented program.

Anyone can make a referral by contacting the Peer Support Coordinator on the details below. The consent of the person being referred must be obtained prior to making a referral.
