Located in Woodridge, Keystone has been serving the local community since 1978. A hub of activity, Keystone offers services for people with disabilities:
- Disability Development program
Supporting people with disabilities who are aged from 15 to 65-years-old, to live as independently as possible through a combination of day respite and education.
- In-home accommodation support
Support to help you live more independently and happily at home. Carers can visit your home and assist you in ways that offer you greater control over your life.
- Karawatha Community
Long-term supported accommodation for adults with disabilities

Accessing our services
We accept referrals from: individuals, carers, family members, medical practitioners, and health care and mental health professionals. Eligibility criteria apply for all of our programs. Contact us for further information.
